What a good month it has been already. We had a few guys competing at The Hillingdon Open and The Hereford open. The guys who competed are, Jalal, Jamal, Sam and Xian. We achieved two golds and one bronze. Well done to all who competed. Pictures with results below.

Also a big congratulations to Owen on Getting his black belt! Owen and Lorenzo have been training together for over 12 years and Owen occasionally teaches at WaveBJJ. This was a really great day and nice seeing our friends doing so well.

In other news, Lorenzo was awarded his first degree (stripe) on his black belt. This means he is getting old and has now been a black belt for three years.
